In the TMT and corporate transactions sector, Aastha provides comprehensive assistance on topics including corporate restructuring, intellectual property rights, merger due diligence, NFTs, gaming, food safety compliance, and influencer advertising. She is also adept at translating complex legal developments into accessible visual presentations and infographics.
Outside of work, Aastha is passionate about reading and board games, with a particular fondness for Dungeons & Dragons and the writings of Rutger Bregman.
