Her litigation practice encompasses arbitration, mediation, corporate law, insolvency, commercial recovery, consumer complaints and labour disputes. In the TMT sector, Aastha provides comprehensive advice on topics such as intellectual property, corporate restructuring, NFTs, gaming, food safety compliance, and influencer advertising. She is also adept at translating complex legal developments into accessible visual presentations and infographics.
Outside of work, Aastha is passionate about reading and board games, with a particular fondness for Dungeons & Dragons and the writings of Rutger Bregman.
