The members at PSA are integral to the success of the firm. Each individual fills an indispensable role, and contributes towards fostering an environment conducive to collective well-being while servicing our clients. Collaborative teamwork is a hallmark of how we operate which enables us to pick the right resources with relevant experience that meets a client’s needs. This approach ensures different views are considered while rendering our counsel. As a high-performing, inclusive organization with a diverse workforce, that agrees to disagree, we expect everyone to possess and articulate a view and thrive personally and professionally.
Astute legal skills, talent, commitment and singular drive to be the very best are crucial criteria in the selection, hiring and retention of lawyers. We represent a diverse client base with complex legal issues and problems, and it is, therefore, necessary to create a team with the best available talent. Our compensation is commensurate with expertise and experience of individuals. Once hired, the training and professional development of each of our lawyers and non-lawyers is a continual top priority at PSA. We are dedicated to facilitating their growth while promoting the professional values distinguishing our firm: honesty, integrity, sincerity, quality work, commitment to clients and team spirit. To attain this end, we rely on orientation, mentoring, training and hands-on work with more experienced lawyers as the core of our development program. Our in-house office practice training programs cover varied topics including lawyering skills, substantive legal training and client and business development skills. The firm members are expected to build an atmosphere emphasizing excellence, teamwork, flexibility and responsiveness.

PSA encourages law students as interns from all over the globe. The internship is for a minimum of one month, and preferably more for final year law students so that offers and placements are made accordingly. The interns undergo challenging tasks because a key objective of the internship program is integration of the interns within the firm from day one of the internship so that they are exposed to real work. The interns are expected to work as a team and learn other soft skills as well. We expect and encourage interns to think out of the box and to demonstrate legal knowledge gained during the law studies.
Over the years, interns have been students from – School of Law and Legal Studies, IP University, New Delhi, Amity Law School, Delhi, Sinhgad Law College, Pune University, ICFAI Law School, Dehradun and from the US as well. PSA is the first Indian law firm to be associated with the University of Georgia’s prestigious Dean Rusk Center’s Global Internship Program, and in the recent years, as many as six students have spent their summer internships at the firm. To further foster and encourage young law students, a nominal stipend is also given for the internship. Upon completion of the internship, interns are required to submit a report about their experience about our firm and how they view the internship experience. This report is the basis of the certification provided by the firm.
Interested students who want to be part of a dynamic and a fast growing law firm may submit their resumes at least two months prior to the expected start date of the internship to Ms. Rosy Bairwa at r.bairwa@psalegal.com.
