Prakhar Srivastava was enrolled as an advocate in 2018 and holds a degree in law from Symbiosis Law School, Noida.  

A litigator, during his six years’ career he has independently handled broad based briefs which have given him a diverse and solid grounding in drafting varied types of petitions, as well as in court craft. He possesses significant trial experience, conducts cross-examination and has successfully conducted final arguments in several matters. These include cheque bounce matters, consumer complaints, matrimonial disputes as well as writs in various courts and forums across India. In his practice he has represented prominent clients (both individual and corporates) and secured favorable orders. He regularly represents clients in matters involving both original and appellate jurisdiction across district and high courts, National Company Law Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission and Supreme Court of India.

  • Advised and appeared for an individual Personal Guarantor before the High Court of Telangana in a Writ Petition and secured a favorable order
  • Advised and appeared for an individual before the Delhi High Court in a Writ Petition and secured a favorable order
  • Acted for an individual before the Supreme Court in a cheque bounce matter involving a criminal special leave petition
  • Appeared for a NBFC before the criminal court in Delhi with a favorable outcome in a criminal cheque bounce matter
  • Successfully argued an appeal before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi on behalf of a bank
  • Represented automobile dealers before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in cases pertaining to manufacturing defects in vehicles
  • Represented a Public Sector Undertaking and argued its application for setting aside an award passed in a domestic arbitration
  • Acted for a prominent builder successfully in a quashing petition before the Delhi High Court
